Good relationships don't stay strong by accident.
Life gets busy. Communication gets shorter. Time together gets pushed aside. Little frustrations become familiar, and before long, two people who love each other can start to feel more like roommates than partners.
Rekindle gives couples intentional time to reset, reconnect, and strengthen the habits that help couples resolve conflict long after class has ended.
Every session is practical and hands-on. You learn a skill, talk it through as a group, and leave with something real to practice together at home.
Ten honest questions. One clear score. Discover where your relationship is thriving, and where a little more attention could make the biggest difference.
Three stages. Come spend your next six date nights with us, it's already planned out for you. One focused session a week for six weeks, Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9, with simple assignments in between so the change sticks in real life. Small groups, led by warm, experienced facilitators, research-informed and grounded in years of hands-on experience. In person in Las Vegas or live online.
Save your place in the next session in two minutes. Seats are limited to ten couples.
Each session is Wednesday evenings, 7:30 to 9: teaching, honest group discussion, and interactive activities.
Simple assignments between sessions so the change actually sticks in daily life.
Wanna keep going? Join us for stage 2. Graduate closer, then return for a six-month follow-up to keep growing on purpose.

Nellie earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from UNLV and is currently completing her master's degree in Couple and Family Therapy at UNLV. She has completed more than 400 hours of supervised clinical training working with individuals, couples, and families.
Her education and clinical study have included the Gottman Method, Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Through Rekindle, Nellie brings this research-informed foundation into a warm, practical learning environment designed to help couples communicate more effectively, deepen connection, and develop healthier relationship patterns.
Nellie is also a wife and mother of five. She understands firsthand how parenting, demanding schedules, and the pressures of everyday life can make it difficult for couples to prioritize their relationship, and how meaningful it can be when they intentionally reconnect.
Rekindle provides marriage education and guided skill-building. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.

Click here for a deeper look into the program. This is Communication and Fair Fighting, the fourth Wednesday of the six. It runs 7:30 to 9, live, in Las Vegas.
You sit with your partner and up to nine other couples. Nellie teaches one idea: most fights are not about the dishes, the calendar, or the tone. They are the same loop, started by the same unprotected feeling, and they tend to end the same way.
Then the two of you map your own loop. Not as a confession to the group. As a private conversation, with a simple structure: what starts it, what you do next, what your partner does in response, and where it usually ends. The room hears the teaching. The private work stays between you.
You practice one repair you can use this week. A way to pause the loop without having to win it, and a way to come back to it while you are still in the house. You leave with that repair written down, and with the assignment to use it once before the next Wednesday.
The other five Wednesdays have the same shape. A skill, time to try it with your partner, and one thing to do at home before you return.
Start tonight. The workshop is the longer version of this.
When you walk back in tonight, put both phones in another room for 20 minutes. Ask one question that is not about logistics: what was the best part of your day, and what was the hardest? Repeat back what you heard before you add your own.
The next time a familiar argument starts, one of you says out loud: this is our loop. Pause for ten minutes. Come back and each say what you were protecting, such as rest, pride, or being heard, instead of what the other person did wrong.
Before the weekend, schedule one low-stakes plan that is just for the two of you. A walk, a drive, a coffee. Protect it the way you would protect a work meeting. Friendship is what makes the hard conversation possible.
Not at all. Rekindle is built for couples who are doing okay and want to be great, as much as for couples who feel stuck. It is proactive by design.
No. Rekindle is marriage education and guided skill-building in a small-group setting. It is not therapy, counseling, clinical treatment, or diagnosis. Your facilitator is a Marriage Education Facilitator and Master's Candidate in Couple and Family Therapy, not a licensed therapist. If deeper or clinical needs surface, we will gladly help you find the right licensed professional.
