Rekindle Rekindle

Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 September 2026

Rekindle is a marriage enrichment and education program. This page explains what we collect when you use rekindlemarriage.com, reserve a place in a workshop, or call our workshop line, and what we do and do not do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal filler.

What we collect

When you reserve a place

Our reservation form asks for the first and last name, email address, and phone number of each partner, and some optional context about your relationship: how long you have been together, whether you are raising children, which cohort you would prefer, what you would like to work on, and how you heard about us. Only the fields marked as required are required.

When you call the workshop line

Our workshop line is answered by an automated assistant. It records the same kind of information a person taking a message would: your name, a number to call you back on, and what you called about. Calls to this line may be recorded and transcribed so that we can pass an accurate message to the team. If you would rather not have that happen, please use the reservation form or email us instead.

When you take the Marriage Health Score

Your answers are used to produce your result. If you choose to give us an email address, we use it to send you that result and to follow up about the workshop.

Automatically

Our host records ordinary web server information such as your IP address and browser type. We use Google Analytics on the public pages to see which pages are used and whether someone reserved, called, or paid. Google processes that on our behalf. We do not sell profiles of our visitors, and we do not run separate advertising pixels.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with advertisers.

Consent to be contacted

When you reserve a place, or when you tell our assistant on the phone that it is okay to contact you, we record that as your permission to follow up. If you never gave that permission, we note that too, and we do not contact you. You can withdraw permission at any time by replying to any message from us or writing to the address below, and we will stop.

Who else touches your information

We use a small number of service providers to run the program. They process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where we believe in good faith that it is necessary to prevent serious harm.

What we deliberately do not collect

Rekindle is education, not health care. We are not asking for, and you should not send us, medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or other clinical information. What you choose to share in a session stays between the people in that room, and it is not written into a clinical record, because we do not keep one.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and enrollment records for as long as we need them to run the program and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Children

This program is for married and committed adult couples. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to rekindlesupport@innovativeblockchainsolutions.live and tell us which you want. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
