These terms apply to rekindlemarriage.com and to the Rekindle Marriage Enrichment Workshop. By reserving a place or attending a session, you agree to them. Please read the first section carefully, because it is the most important one.

What Rekindle is, and what it is not

Rekindle is marriage education and guided skill-building in a small-group setting. It is not therapy, counseling, clinical treatment, psychological or psychiatric care, or diagnosis of any kind.

Our facilitators are marriage educators. They are not licensed therapists, licensed counselors, psychologists, or physicians, and nothing said in a session is a clinical opinion or a substitute for care from a licensed professional. No therapist-client, physician-patient, or other professional treatment relationship is created by attending.

If clinical needs come up during the program, we will gladly help you find a licensed professional. Referring you is not a diagnosis, and we do not supervise or take responsibility for the care you receive elsewhere.

Who the program is for

Rekindle is for adult couples, aged 18 or over, who want to strengthen a relationship they intend to keep. Both partners attend together. Rekindle is not an appropriate setting for a relationship involving abuse, and it is not crisis care.

If you are in danger right now, do not use this website to get help. Call 911. For domestic violence, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 800-799-7233, available 24 hours a day. For a mental health or suicide crisis, call or text 988.

Reserving a place

Reserving through the website holds a place in an upcoming cohort. A reservation is confirmed by email to both partners. Your place is fully confirmed when enrollment is completed and payment is made. Cohorts are small and places are limited, so a reservation that is not completed may be released to another couple.

Fees

The Rekindle Marriage Enrichment Workshop is $600 per couple for the full six-week program. That covers every session, your at-home toolkit, and your invitation to the six-month follow-up. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future cohorts, but the price you are quoted at enrollment is the price you pay for that cohort.

Cancellations, transfers, and refunds

Life happens, and we would rather move you than lose you. If you cannot attend the cohort you enrolled in, contact us and we will do our best to transfer you to a later one. If you are unable to attend, your payment is refunded minus a $35 processing fee. If we cancel or reschedule a cohort ourselves, you may transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund.

What we ask of you

Confidentiality. What other couples share in a session stays in that room. This is the single rule that makes a group work, and we take it seriously.
Respect. Treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy. We may remove anyone whose behavior makes the group unsafe or unworkable.
Attendance. The program builds week to week. Come to the sessions and do the light work between them, or you will not get what you paid for.

Our materials

Workshop materials, worksheets, recordings, and the content of this website belong to Rekindle. You may use them for your own relationship. Please do not copy, publish, resell, or teach from them without our written permission.

Results

We are proud of this program and we believe in it. We cannot promise a particular outcome. Marriage is the work of two people, and what you get out of Rekindle depends on what you both put into it. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any specific result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rekindle and Vitality Academies are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the program or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the program is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your cohort is the one published when you enrolled. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will update the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
